This page is for:
Adults seeking support for sexual wellbeing, intimacy, or body connection
General practitioners and allied health professionals referring adult clients
I provide safe, clothes-on, hands-off, online somatic sexology coaching.
Scope of Service
I am a New Zealand–based somatic sexology coach providing online-only, non-clinical, educational and embodied support for adults experiencing concerns related to sexuality, intimacy and body relationship.
This service is adjunctive to medical and psychological care and does not involve diagnosis, psychotherapy, physical touch or crisis intervention. Sessions focus on awareness, education, and skill development rather than treatment or trauma processing.
All practices are adapted for online delivery to support client safety, regulation, and consent. Clients participate from their own private location.
Relationship to Allied Health Care
This service is intended to complement, not replace, existing healthcare.
I do not:
Diagnose medical or mental health conditions
Provide psychotherapy or counselling
Offer crisis or acute mental health support
Provide medical advice
Clients are best supported when they are also connected to appropriate medical and/or mental health professionals. With client consent, I am open to collaborative communication with referring practitioners.
Nature of the Work
Somatic sexology coaching supports clients to develop greater awareness of:
Bodily experience and nervous system patterns
Sexual response, arousal and desire
Boundaries, consent, and agency
Communication and relational skills
Sessions are fully clothed, structured, and client-led. No physical touch occurs.
Client Suitability
Appropriate referrals include clients who:
Are psychologically stable
Can engage safely in online sessions
Have capacity for embodied awareness and reflection

This service is not suitable for clients who:
