My path toward becoming a Sexologist and Sex and Intimacy Coach started with a persistent curiosity. I have always been fascinated by how we connect, the complexity of humans, and the many ways we experience pleasure. Whether I am providing individual support or couples coaching, my goal is to help you navigate the unique dynamics of your own desire and connection.

Sexuality is an expansive field, and the name Desire Pathways represents the many ways we can navigate our own unique journey toward pleasure. This work is not a single destination; it is a journey with many pathways to explore, specifically tailored to your needs or your relationship's sexual wellbeing. Together, we explore how to access pleasure and deepen intimacy, moving beyond what you think you should want and into what your body already knows.

As a certified Somatic Sex Coach and the founder of Desire Pathways, my approach is built on a foundation of professional study and years of lived experience navigating the complexities of human sexuality. While my academic background is in psychology, I blend talk therapy elements with a somatic lens, prioritising your physical awareness and what your body is telling us during our time together. As a registered member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association, I prioritise a practice that is safe, ethical, and supported by regular professional supervision.

To me, presence is simply the act of being aware of what is happening both inside and outside of your body in any given moment. Based in Taupō, I find constant inspiration in the water and the shifting nature of the lake. While my online intimacy coaching is available nationwide across New Zealand, I value the energy of in-person connection and host workshops and somatic events locally here in Taupō. Whether we meet for online coaching or a local event, our work is always consent-led and moves at a pace that feels right for you.
