My work centres on consent, connection, pleasure, and presence, using somatic tools to help you safely return to your body. Together, we focus on how you can bring these principles into your daily life and relationships

Is This You?

Sexuality and intimacy rarely look like a straight line. You might be looking for support if you are:

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or struggling to feel present during intimate moments.

  • Navigating changes in desire, libido differences, or feeling stuck in routine with a partner.

  • Ready to move past "shoulds". Letting go of societal expectations around sex to discover what actually feels safe and fulfilling to you.

  • Seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to explore boundaries, consent, and deeper connection.

Finding Your Pathway

The name Desire Pathways represents a simple truth: your way of experiencing pleasure and connection does not have to look like anyone else's. This work isn't about forcing you into a single destination. It's about exploring the specific pathways that feel natural to you or your relationship's sexual wellbeing.

Whether we work together through individual support or couples coaching, my goal is to help you safely navigate the dynamics of your own desire using evidence-based, somatic tools and practical exercises.

My Approach to Somatic Sexology & Intimacy Coaching

I’ve always been deeply curious about human connection. Since primary school, I’ve been interested in understanding how we relate to ourselves and each other—a drive that naturally led me to study psychology at Massey University and train as a Somatic Sex Coach.

I believe true transformation happens when we bridge mind and body. Everything I introduce in my coaching sessions is grounded in evidence-based somatic practices that I personally explore and integrate into my own life.

All coaching sessions are online, fully clothed, hands-off, and grounded in trauma-informed consent practices.

Outside of Being a Sex Coach

When I’m not working with individuals and couples, I focus on living by the same principles of presence, pleasure, and connection that I share with my clients. Everything I introduce in my sex coaching sessions is a practice I have personally explored and integrated into my life. You will usually find me:

  • By the water: Making the most of living near Lake Taupō, walking along the lake, and catching the sunset to recharge.

  • Expanding my knowledge: Constantly reading, learning, and researching new insights within the world of sexuality and human intimacy.

  • Unwinding at home: Lighting my favourite candles, putting on a Taylor Swift album, and curling up with a great romantasy novel.

  • With my support system: Spending slow, intentional time catching up and laughing with close friends and family.
