Somatic Sex & Intimacy Coaching
Connection. Presence. Pleasure. Consent.
What is Somatic Sexology?
Most of us were never given a dedicated, supportive environment to talk about intimacy with curiosity and presence. Without a formal place to learn, we are often left to navigate our bodies through guesswork, performance pressure, or silence. This work is that missing space.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, somatic sex coaching is highly experiential and future-focused. We focus on what is happening in your nervous system and your body in real time rather than just discussing theory.
What To Expect:
The 5 Somatic Tools: We use practical exercises centred around breath, awareness, touch, sound, and movement to help you stay grounded and access more pleasure
Anatomy Learning: I use anatomical models and clear, evidence-based education so you can work with your biology instead of against it
Safety: To ensure you feel safe, sessions are fully clothed.
Professional Help: As a certified Somatic Sex Coach and Sexologist with a BA in Psychology, a registered SSEAA member, and an IICT-approved practitioner, I provide a strictly professional, non-judgmental, and confidential space to explore your sexuality.
I Work With:
People with Penises
Ready to move away from performance pressure and reconnect with your body? This safe, inclusive somatic sex coaching space is designed specifically for penis owners to drop out of overthinking, unlearn conditioning, and build a deeper connection to themselves and their intimate partner(s). Whether you want to move away from predictable, goal-oriented sex routines, manage challenges like early ejaculation and erectile dysfunction (ED), or create your dream sex life and reach more satisfying sex, explore how a collaborative, conversational and experiential approach can transform your intimacy. Click below to discover how you can start your journey toward presence and pleasure.
People with Vulvas
If you are tired of putting on a show or of feeling like your own pleasure needs to be "earned," this supportive somatic coaching space is here for you. These sessions for vulva owners can look at moving away from people-pleasing patterns in the bedroom, managing challenges like vaginal pain or desire changes and dropping out of the overthinking loops that leave you feeling disconnected from your body. Together, we will unlearn deep-seated conditioning, learn to prioritise your experiences, and open up new pathways to expand your sex life. Click below to begin exploring a path to more pleasure, presence and connection.
People in Relationships
If you and your partner(s) are tired of over-analysing your intimacy or getting caught in the same predictable scripts, this relational somatic coaching space offers a fresh path forward. We will explore how to navigate differences in desire, manage performance pressure, and build a shared language around consent and pleasure. By learning to tune into your nervous systems together, you can break out of old patterns and co-create a more satisfying sex life together. Click below to discover how you can expand your relational journey.
In this space, your gender identity, sexuality, and background are honoured. While some sections of this website use anatomical terms like penises or vulvas to help map out specific biological patterns and tools, I recognise that anatomy does not define gender.Whether you are cisgender, transgender, non-binary, gender-fluid, or intersex, your lived experience is valid here. Desire Pathways is proudly sex-work positive, queer-affirming, and trauma-informed. While my relational coaching scope focuses on monogamous dynamics, this remains a strictly non-judgmental environment where you are safe to explore intimacy on your own terms.

The Foundation SessionWe meet via Zoom to discuss your goals. I will complete your intake form with you during this session, ensuring we have a clear, shared understanding of your needs and establishing safety from the very start.
02
Ongoing Pathways & IntegrationOnce we’ve established a fit, choose the Individual Pathway (1:1) or Relational Pathway (2:1) to begin the deeper somatic work. After each session, you'll receive a recap and tailored 'home-play' exercises via email to help integrate presence and pleasure into your daily life.
03
Individual Pathways (1:1)
We begin every coaching relationship with a 30-minute Foundations Session ($50 NZD) to discuss your goals and ensure we are a good fit. From there, you can choose the path that best suits your flow:
Pay-As-You-Go: $180 NZD per 60-minute session. This path offers complete flexibility, allowing you to book and pay for individual sessions as you need them.
4-Session Bundle: $550 NZD total. If you prefer structure and continuity, you can commit to a 4-session package. Because you have already completed your foundation call, your $50 fee is credited directly toward this package, bringing your remaining investment to $500 NZD.
Relational Pathways (2:1)
Every relationship journey begins with a 30-minute Foundation Session ($50 NZD) to map out your goals together. Following that initial call, you can choose how you want to move forward:
Pay-As-You-Go: $290 NZD per 90-minute session. This option allows you both to book and pay for your joint sessions one by one, moving entirely at your own pace with the spaciousness of a full 90-minute session.
4-Session Relational Bundle: $850 NZD total. Couples looking for dedicated focus and consistency can transition to a hybrid package that balances shared space with individual exploration. This includes two 60-minute individual sessions (one for each partner) and two 90-minute joint sessions. Your $50 foundations fee is credited directly toward this package, leaving a remaining investment of $800 NZD.
When to Seek Other support:
-
Somatic sex coaching is an educational and experiential practice. All of our sessions are conducted online while remaining fully clothed. My role is to guide you through your own self-exploration. I provide the tools and the space, but you remain the sole expert of your own body. If you are looking for bodywork that involves physical touch or sexual contact, this will not be the right fit for you.
-
Your safety is my priority. This work is deep and transformative, but it is not a substitute for crisis intervention or acute mental health support. If you are currently experiencing a psychiatric emergency or are in immediate distress, please reach out to dedicated emergency services. We can begin our work together once you have reached a place of stability. I am here to support your long-term growth, rather than immediate crisis management.
-
Change takes time. Somatic work is about building a sustainable relationship with your nervous system, which rarely happens overnight. If you are looking for a 'magic pill' or a quick technical tip to fix a problem, you might find this process frustrating. We move at a slow pace. We focus on integration and lasting shifts. This is a journey of unlearning old patterns to create space for new ones. Patience is a vital part of the process
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Unlike traditional therapy, somatic sexology is future-focused. While we may discuss your past or present experiences, our sessions focus on building practical embodiment skills and physical awareness to align with your future desires rather than clinical diagnosis or talk-only therapy.
While this is not clinical therapy, I work collaboratively with healthcare providers. For practitioners or clients wishing to use a formal intake process, you can find the referral and self-referral pathway here
-
While I welcome both Self-Referrals and Referrals from health practitioners, you are able to book a foundation session directly to begin our work together.

-
Absolutely. It is incredibly common to feel a mix of nerves and curiosity. Discussing intimacy and dropping into your body is a vulnerable act.
Starting with a foundation session creates a low-pressure way to meet over Zoom, ask questions, and get a feel for my approach before committing to deeper work.
Your comfort and consent are the foundation of everything we do.
-
Identification of goals is part of the process, not a prerequisite. Many clients start with a general feeling of curiosity or a desire for change without knowing exactly what that looks like. We use our initial sessions to map out what feels meaningful to you, moving at a pace that feels supportive rather than pressured.
-
Absolutely. Many clients find that being in their own home allows them to feel safer and more relaxed. Because somatic work is about your internal sensation, the virtual setup actually provides a helpful professional structure that keeps the focus on your own body.
-
Somatic work is a process of "unlearning" and "re-learning." While some clients feel a shift after 3 to 6 sessions, others choose to work together longer to deepen their practice. There is no set timeline.
-
These are simple, sustainable practices that I suggest between sessions. They help you integrate the skills we practice on Zoom into your actual daily life.

Yes. I take the notes during our time together so you can stay fully in your body. Within 24 hours, I will email you a summary and your recommended "home play" exercises.
