Referral & Self-Referral
Online Somatic Sexology, Sensate Focus & Intimacy Coaching (Adults)
Welcome. Whether you are an individual looking to reclaim your body’s natural agency, or a healthcare practitioner seeking specialised somatic support for a client, this page is designed for you
I provide a safe, trauma-informed, online space blending evidence-based sexological frameworks, nervous system mapping, and body-positive sex education. All sessions are strictly online, fully clothed, and entirely hands-off
Where should We Start?
Core Modalities & Educational Frameworks
My work combines certified somatic coaching with comprehensive psycho-sexology education to help clients move past analytical overthinking and drop back down into physical presence and felt-sense embodiment:
Sensate Focus (Utilising ISHPA Frameworks): The clinical gold-standard behavioural protocol for performance anxiety. I instruct structured, non-outcome-oriented touch exercises for clients to practice safely at home.
Sex Education & Body Literacy: Objective, evidence-based education utilising anatomical models. We deconstruct unhelpful societal scripts, porn-based performance standards, and biological myths to help clients understand exactly how stress, arousal, and anatomy interact.
Nervous System Regulation: Teaching clients to identify and track their body's unique physiological language of safety, protective stress responses, and pleasure.
Embodied Consent and Boundary Training: Experiential communication tools helping individuals and partners recognise, honour, and voice physical boundaries, desires, and active consent.
Areas of Support
Sexual Function & Biological Misunderstandings:
Addressing performance anxiety, erectile concerns, anorgasmia, delayed ejaculation, vaginismus, dyspareunia, and general sexual discomfort by looking at the nervous system and anatomical literacy.
Desire Intricacies & Mismatched Libidos: Navigating desire discrepancies in partnerships, changes in baseline interest over time, and breaking out of restrictive intimacy routines.
Body Image & Confidence: Shaking off hidden guilt or shame, processing sensory preferences, improving sexual confidence, and learning to feel genuinely present and embodied during sex
Scope of Service & Clinical Boundaries
As a Certified Somatic Sex Coach, I provide non-clinical, educational, and trauma-informed support to complement medical and psychological care. My focus is on embodied awareness and practical skill development, rather than on providing diagnosis or therapy.
Boundaries: I do not provide physical touch, medical advice, or crisis intervention, but I work collaboratively with health professionals to ensure holistic care
