Online Somatic Sexology Coaching (Adults)
I support clients to reclaim their physical agency and sexual vitality through safe, online somatic education that focuses on nervous system regulation and embodiment
This page is for:
Adults seeking support for sexual wellbeing, intimacy, or body connection
General practitioners and allied health professionals referring adult clients
I provide safe, clothes-on, hands-off, online somatic sexology coaching.
Scope of Service
As a Certified Somatic Sex Coach, I provide a trauma-informed, online space for adults to navigate intimacy and sexual wellbeing. My work is non-clinical and educational, focusing on helping you move from 'head-based' patterns into felt-sense embodiment and physical agency.
This service is adjunctive to medical and psychological care. I do not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, physical touch, or crisis intervention. Instead, our sessions focus on embodied awareness, sexual education, and practical skill development.
All somatic practices are specifically adapted for online delivery to prioritise client safety and autonomy. Clients participate from their own private, comfortable location, ensuring a self-contained and regulated experience.
I work with individuals of all genders and relationship dynamics, including partners seeking to navigate their intimacy together.
Relationship to Allied Health Care
I work collaboratively with a client’s wider care team to provide a holistic approach to sexual wellbeing. This service is intended to complement, not replace, clinical healthcare.
Professional Boundaries:
Non-Clinical: I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, provide psychotherapy, or offer medical advice.
Supportive Care: This service is not for crisis intervention or acute mental health support.
Collaborative Approach: Clients are best supported when connected to appropriate medical and mental health professionals. With client consent, I welcome open communication with referring practitioners to ensure integrated care.
Nature of the Work
Through a blend of conversation and guided somatic practices, I support clients to develop a deeper felt-sense of their own bodies. Our work focuses on:
Nervous System Regulation: Understanding your body’s unique language of safety, stress, and pleasure.
Authentic Desire: Exploring sexual response and arousal away from "performance" and toward genuine presence.
Boundaries & Agency: Developing the physical awareness to recognise, honour, and communicate your needs and limits.
Relational Skills: Building the capacity for deeper intimacy and clear communication with yourself and others.
All sessions are fully clothed, online, and client-led. I provide the tools and guidance; you remain in full control of your experience at all times.
Client Suitability
Appropriate referrals include clients who:
Are psychologically stable and able to engage safely in online sessions.
Have the capacity for embodied awareness and self-reflection.

Are motivated to explore the connection between their nervous system and their sexual wellbeing.
This service is not suitable for clients who:
