Somatic Sex Coaching for People with Vulvas
A trauma-informed space to unlearn sexual conditioning, rebuild your libido, and feel more present in your body
Are any of these statements familiar?
I feel completely detached from my body or vulva/vagina during sex or solo exploration
I spend so much energy putting my partner's pleasure first that my own feels optional or secondary
I carry unspoken guilt, shame, or old rules about sex and masturbation from how I grew up
I struggle to set boundaries, say 'no,' or speak up about what I actually want in the bedroom
I miss feeling turned on, but I don't know how to wake up that part of myself anymore
I feel guilty or 'broken' because it takes me a long time to get aroused or reach orgasm
During sex, I am often distracted by thinking about the kids, errands or the groceries, which means I don’t feel pleasure
I experience discomfort during sex
I worry that if I'm completely honest about what I need, my partner will feel rejected or defensive
I want to stop faking enjoyment or rushing through sex just to get it over with
I rely on a glass of wine or a drink just to relax, quiet my mind, or feel ready for intimacy
You are not broken & you are not alone
If any of these resonate, please know you are not broken, and you are not alone. These experiences - from feeling disconnected or overthinking in the bedroom to struggling with low libido, physical discomfort with penetration, or unspoken guilt and shame - are more common than you think. Most of us were never taught how to navigate changes in libido, stay grounded in our bodies through daily stress, or communicate our real boundaries and desires without fear. Over time, conditioning and performance pressure quietly replace the pleasure that belongs to you.

How it Works
Somatic sex coaching is collaborative, conversational, and experiential. Everything is tailored toward the goals we create during your foundation session. Because you will be unlearning conditioning that has been present since childhood, it is important to know that this deep work takes time and is not a quick fix.
The Foundation Session
Every pathway starts here. During this initial session, you will get the opportunity to explore where you currently are, and we will create goals to achieve during our time together.
Tailored Somatic Exploration
We use a blend of somatic and psychological approaches tailored to you. This can include working with tools like breath, physical awareness, touch, sound, and movement to help you drop out of your thoughts, unlearn old patterns, and reconnect with physical sensation.
Practical Integration
The work we do is designed to translate into your real life. We will create small, manageable practices you can explore at home in between sessions so that you can achieve your goals.
Bringing a Partner Into Your Process
While this pathway is focused on your personal relationship with your body, intimacy does not happen in a vacuum. If you are in a relationship and your partner is willing, we can easily transition into a relational session. This gives you a safe space to practice communication, set clean boundaries, and explore shared somatic tools together.
Ready to Transform your Sex Life?
The path to pleasure and presence doesn't have to be navigated alone. If you are ready to unlearn old conditioning and build a deeper connection with yourself, let’s connect.
Book Your Foundation Call
The first step on your journey is a 30-minute Foundation Call. This is a safe, completely confidential space for us to meet, discuss your unique goals, and see if this somatic pathway is the right fit for you.
There is a $50 investment for this call, which will be fully credited toward your first coaching package or pay-as-you-go session when you decide to move forward.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Think of our Foundation Session as a comfortable space where we lay the groundwork for everything to come. It’s less about jumping straight into deep work and more about getting on the same page and making sure you feel confident before you commit to ongoing sessions.
Here is a look at what we will do together:
Set your goals: We’ll talk about where you are right now and where you want to go in terms of your sexuality.
Establish Our Partnership: We’ll look at how we team up. My role as your coach is to guide you, hold a safe space, and offer tools. Your role is to show up as honestly as you can, participate, and try out tools between our sessions.
Introduce Your Somatic Toolkit: We will explore the 5 Somatic Skills that we’ll use throughout our time together:
Awareness
Breath
Sound
Touch
Movement
Housekeeping: We’ll quickly go over the practical things, like scheduling, how we check in with each other between sessions, and standard confidentiality and cancellation policies
By the end of our time, the admin stuff will be out of the way, you’ll have a clear sense of the tools we'll use, and we will be completely ready to begin the work towards your dream sex life!
-
No, there is no nudity involved. Any practices that I recommend will be practised on non-erotic body parts during our sessions. You can then explore them in private, and we will explore how it went at the start of our next session.
-
Not at all. This coaching is primarily about your personal relationship with your own body, desire, and pleasure. While we can bring a partner into the process if you choose, the foundation of this work is entirely focused on you.
-
Because we are unlearning deep conditioning and rewriting how you connect with your body, this work takes time. Though everyone’s journey is different, most clients find that committing to a series of sessions allows for the deeper, lasting integration needed to achieve their goals.

Individual Pathway
We begin every coaching relationship with a 30-minute Foundations Session ($50 NZD) to discuss your goals and ensure we are a good fit. From there, you can choose the path that best suits your flow:
Pay-As-You-Go:$180 NZD per 60-minute session. This path offers complete flexibility, allowing you to book and pay for individual sessions as you need them.
4-Session Bundle:$550 NZD total. If you prefer structure and continuity, you can commit to a 4-session package. Because you have already completed your foundation call, your $50 fee is credited directly toward this package, bringing your remaining investment to $500 NZD
Relational Pathway
Pay-As-You-Go: $290 NZD per 90-minute session. This option allows you both to book and pay for your joint sessions one by one, moving entirely at your own pace with the spaciousness of a full 90-minute session.
4-Session Relational Bundle: $850 NZD total. Couples looking for dedicated focus and consistency can transition to a hybrid package that balances shared space with individual exploration. This includes two 60-minute individual sessions (one for each partner) and two 90-minute joint sessions. Your $50 foundations fee is credited directly toward this package, leaving a remaining investment of $800 NZD.
