A safe, inclusive space to drop out of your head, unlearn conditioning and return to your body.

Is this For You?

Somatic sex coaching for women and vulva owners, featuring a grounded sensory photo of a person with pink flowers to represent pleasure and intimacy.

Sexuality can feel complicated when what you think you should want, what you actually feel, and how your body reacts aren’t aligned. If you are ready to move toward pleasure, presence and connection, this space is for you.

You may be Experiencing:

Prioritising Others

  • Feeling as though your partner's pleasure comes first

  • Realising the intimacy you experienced when you were younger was based on pleasing someone else, and you are tired of putting on a show

  • Feeling like your own pleasure is something that has to be "earned"

  • Relying on alcohol or substances to get into the right mindset, relax, or feel ready to engage in sex

Disconnection

  • Feeling entirely disconnected from your body or feeling detached from your vulva during sex or masturbation

  • Getting stuck in a loop of feeling inadequate or overthinking instead of experiencing physical sensation

  • Chasing a quick, short-term high from sex rather than experiencing a safe and steady connection

  • A busy schedule that leaves zero physical or mental space for desire to show up

Conditioning and Hidden Shame

  • Carrying unspoken fear, confusion, or silence around your sexuality from how you grew up

  • Navigating unhelpful beliefs that prioritise male pleasure while remaining completely quiet about vulva-focused pleasure

  • Holding onto underlying guilt or shame around masturbation and solo exploration

Unsure of what you want

  • Feeling unsure how to communicate your needs to a partner

  • Wanting intimacy, but feeling unsure or unsafe with how to receive love and physical touch

What we can explore in sessions

How it Works

Somatic sex coaching is collaborative, conversational, and experiential. Everything is tailored toward the goals we create during your foundation session. Because you will be unlearning conditioning that has been present since childhood, it is important to know that this deep work takes time and is not a quick fix.

The Foundation Session

Every pathway starts here. During this initial session, you will get the opportunity to explore where you currently are, and we will create goals to achieve during our time together.

Tailored Somatic Exploration

We use a blend of somatic and psychological approaches tailored to you. This can include working with tools like breath, physical awareness, touch, sound, and movement to help you drop out of your thoughts, unlearn old patterns, and reconnect with physical sensation.

Practical Integration

The work we do is designed to translate into your real life. We will create small, manageable practices you can explore at home in between sessions so that you can achieve your goals.

Bringing a Partner Into Your Process

While this pathway is focused on your personal relationship with your body, intimacy does not happen in a vacuum. If you are in a relationship and your partner is willing, we can easily transition into a relational session. This gives you a safe space to practice communication, set clean boundaries, and explore shared somatic tools together.

Ready to Transform your Sex Life?

The path to pleasure and presence doesn't have to be navigated alone. If you are ready to unlearn old conditioning and build a deeper connection with yourself, let’s connect.

Book Your Foundation Call

The first step on your journey is a 30-minute Foundation Call. This is a safe, completely confidential space for us to meet, discuss your unique goals, and see if this somatic pathway is the right fit for you.

There is a $50 investment for this call, which will be fully credited toward your first coaching package or pay-as-you-go session when you decide to move forward.
